Ordering and payment

When you find a product you want, you can add it to the cart and go to checkout to complete the ordering process. After the order has been completed, you will receive an email with an order summary. 

You can use different payment methods that you will see at the check out.

At the moment we don't charge VAT due to German law §19 (UStG) followed by paragraph §2.

Please try again after a while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact sales@nazrin-designs.com and notify us about the problem. We will try to manage the order manually.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact sales@nazrin-designs.com for further help.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Please make sure to contact us at sales@nazrin-designs.com before you return back the product. In the email you should include the number of your order. The return package fee of all the products will be covered from the side of the customer.

Depending on your order and the used delivery service we might send you a tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Delivery time depends on the products ordered and availability in stock. Usually delivery time is about 2-5 working days. More information can be found in our shipping policy.

Shipping is free for countries in the EU. For countries outside the EU shipping costs depend on your location and products that you ordered. You can see the shipping costs at checkout.

If your package has not been sent out yet please contact sales@nazrin-designs.com with the updated delivery adress and we will try to fulfill your request.
