Art and mindfulness

As the CEO of Nazrin Designs, I believe that art and mindfulness go hand in hand. Our wearable art is not just a fashion statement but a way for individuals to express themselves and connect with their inner selves. By incorporating mindfulness into our design process, we encourage our customers to pause, reflect and be present while they wear our creations.

Art and mindfulness are deeply connected as both practices encourage individuals to be present and fully engaged in the moment. Mindfulness is the state of being fully present and aware of one's thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment. Similarly, creating art requires individuals to be present and focused on the creative process, allowing them to explore their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental way.

As an art designer who practices yoga and meditation, I draw inspiration from my own mindfulness practice and depict it in my art. For example, I may create a piece of wearable art that features a lotus flower or a mandala, both of which are common symbols in mindfulness practices.

Moreover, coming from an Agile coaching background, I believe that mindfulness is crucial to daily working life. Mindfulness helps me to stay present and focused during working hours and allows me to connect with people on a deeper level. I encourage people to practice mindfulness as well, as it can help them to stay focused and engaged during our meetings.

Overall, art and mindfulness are deeply intertwined and can be powerful tools for personal growth and self-expression. This is what we want to encourage with Nazrin Designs, integrate mindfulness into our wearable art and inspire our customers to embrace mindfulness in their daily lives.

Stay mindful and creative!

Nazrin
